This year's conference, Monumental Possibilities: Capitalizing on Collaboration, will focus on collaboration across sectoral and governmental lines and explore ways to collaborate for the advancement of the common good. We are featuring can't miss sessions on accountability and performance, succession planning, ethics, multisector workforce, issues in the federal service, social equity, threat and disaster response and many, many more. Practitioners and academics alike will benefit from ASPA's professional development workshops.

Dr. Robert B. Denhardt, a past president of ASPA, Lincoln Professor of Leadership and Ethics and Director of the School of Public Affairs at Arizona State University, and a Distinguished Visiting Scholar at the University of Delaware will serve as the 2007 National Conference Honorary Chair.

He is the founder and first chair of ASPA's National Campaign for Public Service, an effort to assert the dignity and worth of public service across the nation. He is also a fellow of the prestigious National Academy of Public Administration. He is a recipient of ASPA's Dwight Waldo Award, celebrating lifetime achievement in scholarship of public administration.

ASPA conference papers will be posted to the ASPA website and will be available for downloading during the conference. ASPA members can download the papers at no charge. Papers will not be available for sale onsite.
