Dr. H. George Frederickson, a past president of ASPA, and Edwin O. Stene Distinguished Professor of Public Administration at the University of Kansas will present the Donald C. Stone Lecture. Dr. Frederickson is the recipient of ASPA's Dwight Waldo Award and  Charles H. Levine Memorial Award and serves as a Board Member of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA).

He is the author of several books including, Public Administration with an Attitude, a collection of his entertaining and thought-provoking PA TIMES columns, Up the Bureaucracy: A True and Faultless Guide to Organizational Success and Further Adventures of Knute and Thor, Ethics in Public Administration, The Adapted City, and The Public Administration Theory Primer.
