ASPA and University of Colorado Denver will be coordinating two career-based workshops those attending the fair can make the most of to assist in your job search process. Plan now to be in these sessions!

Creating Partnerships and Networks for Career Development: How to Build an Effective Network

In this session we will cover the basic steps for creating a strategic and effective network. We will consider: target markets, criteria for network partnerships, prioritizing networking opportunities and agencies and paying it forward. There will time for discussion and, of course, a chance to network!

Salary Negotiation: Should I Accept?
In this session we will discuss strategies for demonstrating your market value, total compensation analysis and related factors for job satisfaction. We will consider job functions, market demands, experience, location and work-life balance.
