The Foundations of Public Administration Series is a collection of articles written by experts in 20 content areas who will provide introductory essays and the top recommended articles for those subjects, both from PAR and other sources. As each content area becomes available, this web page will provide access to the article, to a list of references, and to a related syllabus.

All of the articles in PAR are available free for ASPA members. You can find specific articles published in PAR referenced by authors of the Foundations of Public Administration Series by clicking on the "PAR Online" link in the top banner of the PAR home page
.

Feedback on the Foundations of Public Administration series is always welcome. If you have comments about how the series has been helpful or suggestions for improving the series, please feel free to send an email to Michael McGuire at par@indiana.edu.
