Park University-Civic Engagement SuperSession
The International Center for Public Engagement at Park University was established
to advance the University's global mission, establish linkages with international
efforts across campus, and provide innovative educational opportunities for learners
within the global society, while establishing an outlet for channeling community
outreach efforts. Placed within the Hauptmann School for Public Affairs (HSPA),
the Center builds on the historic vision of HSPA to serve the common good by graduating
leaders who exercise authority responsibly, make ethical decisions, act with moral
courage, and advance human dignity world-wide.

Rutgers University-Newark
The Graduate Department of Public Administration at Rutgers-Newark is dedicated to four goals: competence, diversity, knowledge and service. Our MPA program is accredited by NASPAA and our MPA graduates are placed in positions of high responsibility at the federal, state and local levels; and our doctoral graduates are teaching and gaining tenure at more than a dozen universities. We are proud that the Rutgers-Newark campus is, for the seventh year in a row, the most diverse in America (U.S. News and World Reports), and that our MPA and Ph.D. programs contribute substantially to that diversity.
Our curriculum is continually revised to reflect the changing nature of the field of public administration. Our faculty, alumni and students are leaders in the American Society for Public Administration, locally, nationally and internationally. The MPA Program continues to be rated very highly (U.S. News and World Reports), as 11th in the nation in public administration and 26th in the broader category of public affairs.

University of Colorado-Host of Welcome Reception
The Graduate School of Public Affairs (GSPA) is the only school in Colorado authorized to offer graduate professional degrees in public administration, public affairs, and criminal justice. Nationally ranked for excellence it offers programs on the Downtown Denver and Colorado Springs campuses of the University of Colorado and to Western Slope students in Grand Junction, Colorado
The school offers three degrees: the Master of Public
Administration (MPA), the Master of Criminal Justice (MCJ),
and the PhD in Public Affairs. Qualified senior managers may
elect to participate in the school's Executive MPA Program,
an innovative partnership between the school and the federal
Management Development Centers. GSPA offer the nation's
first online MPA , called the Rocky Mountain MPA, as well as
an accelerated MPA option.
Fels Institute of Government, University of Pennsylvania-Tote
Bag Sponsor
In March 1937, Samuel S. Fels and Wharton Dean Joseph H. Willits organized a conference of governmental experts to address the problem of pervasive incompetence and corruption in Pennsylvania local government. Several months later, Mr. Fels founded what is now known as the Fels Institute of Government within Penn’s Wharton School with the mission to improve local government by developing best governing practices in government and by training professional government managers.
Fels quickly became the leading school for training city and county managers in the country, boasting near continuous leadership of the International City Management Association.
Over time, Fels expanded its mission and for several decades has prepared graduates for a much broader range of public leadership positions in city, state and federal agencies, elective politics, nonprofit organizations, and private firms with close connections to the public sector.
Now located in the Fels Residence as part of the School of Arts and Sciences, the Institute maintains its small class sizes by limiting the incoming full-time class to 40 students and the executive class to 30 students per year, thereby retaining the unique advantage of being a small unit within a large international research university.
