AIR TRAVEL
Northwest and American Airlines are the official airlines of the 2006 ASPA National Conference.
Northwest will provide meeting attendees’ travel to and from Denver, CO at a 10% discount off any published fares of tickets purchased 30 or more days in advance (5% discount for tickets purchased within 30 days of conference). Tickets may be purchased online at www.nwa.com or by calling 800.328.1111 refer to WorldFile number NM8BK. There are no charges for making telephone reservations.
American Airlines will provide a 5% discount for any published fares. Tickets may only be purchased by calling 800.433.1790 and referring to Authorization Number A4936AE. A $5.00 charge applies on all phone reservations. Tickets may not be purchased online.
RENTAL CAR
Avis Rent a Car is offering special discounts for ASPA meeting attendees. You may make your reservation online at www.aspanet.org (follow the conference link) or by calling 800.331.1600 and providing the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) Number J946659. Rates are good March 20-April 12, 2006 at any Avis in the Denver area including the airport and suburbs.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
SuperShuttle, Denver is offering a special fare for 2006 ASPA National Conference attendees. A round trip fare per person is $30 or $17 one way per person. Passengers need to present coupons at the SupperShuttle Denver counter at Denver International Airport (DIA) in order to receive the discounted fare.
