ASPA Chapters

ASPA has more than 80 local chapters and university based affiliates that provide valuable networking and education opportunities including conferences, seminars, luncheons, and awards. 

Through these activities, members have the opportunity to become involved in their local public administration community, to enhance their professional development and advance their careers.

Membership in a local ASPA Chapter is free with your ASPA membership.

Chapter Reporting Requirements
The submission of ASPA Chapter reporting forms is the responsibility of the current administration.  Chapter information and financial reporting forms are due within sixty (60) days after the close of the fiscal year.

ASPA Sections

ASPA’s 24 sections provide in-depth exposure to the issues that matter most in public service.  Sections produce highly regarded journals and provide additional networking opportunities through conferences and other professional development activities.  Sections also have a variety of award and scholarship opportunities.

Membership in an ASPA Section is optional and an add-on to your ASPA membership.

Section Reporting Requirements
ASPA Sections are required to submit three annual reporting forms no later than 60 days after the close of the section's fiscal year: an officer information form/workplan, financial reporting form, and an annual report.
