Free Ads in PA TIMES for ASPA Chapters and Sections

Each year the PA TIMES offers free advertising exclusively to ASPA Chapters and Sections for the promotion of their events and initiatives.

  • The Offer: The equivalent of one half page advertisement (can be used as one half-page, split into two quarter-page, or four eighth-page ads) per chapter or section, per calendar year beginning in January and ending in December (ex. Jan-Dec. 2006).
  • Deadline: 10th of month prior to month of publication (ex. Sept. 10 for Oct. issue).
  • Sample ad uses: chapter events, section events, membership solicitation, meeting notification, congratulating award winners, etc.
  • Submit ads and questions to: Christine Jewett McCrehin at cjewett@aspanet.org.
Ad must be submitted by authorized chapter/section leader and an insertion order must be submitted for tracking purposes.

Free ad space can only be used by or for chapter/section related events or initiatives. Free ad space cannot be used by a chapter/section for a member’s personal or organizational gain.

Once the free advertising is used, chapters/sections may purchase additional advertising from the PA TIMES.
