How to Get Your Membership Roster

  • Log on to the ASPA web site
  • Click on “Chapters/Sections”
  • Scroll down until you see the link for “Chapter (or Section) Membership Rosters.” It is under “Resources for Chapter (or Section) Officers.” Click on the link.
  • Click on “Chapter (or Section) Reports.”
    • From here you can select several different reports (current, expired, new, and all members). You can either export the report to EXCEL or print it from your screen. We recommend the “Export To Excel By Chapter (or Section Report To Excel)” report. This gives you the most "workable" list.
  • In the “Value” box, find your Chapter or Section in the drop down menu and click.
  • Where it asks for a paid thru date “Value,” go back two calendar months and enter in the last day of that month (for example, if it is March 2, 2006, enter in January 31, 2006). ASPA’s membership department explains that this will make sure your report pulls those members who have a recent renewal date and whose renewal is being processed or “in the mail.”
  • Click either EXCEL or Print.
  • You will see a report of your members.
  • Save the report to your hard drive as a Microsoft Excel document or print from your screen.
