What does COVID mean for the conference?
The health and safety of ASPA's conference attendees is our top priority. As has been the case throughout the pandemic, we expect the situation to change between now and March. ASPA staff will stay informed about all of these details and communicate with our members and attendees at every turn.

What about a hybrid/virtual option?
Planning and executing a conference of this size is a tremendous undertaking, especially for organizations of limited resources. We are developing options for limited post-conference participation for those who cannot attend and will provide details for those as they are finalized.

What COVID policies will ASPA have in place for the conference?
ASPA follows federal government guidance—including the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Department of Health and Human Services—and the expertise of medical professionals. More information will be provided when our registration process opens to help all attendees make an informed decision.

Will ASPA Chapters and Sections have panels and business meetings at the 2022 Annual Conference?
Yes. ASPA leadership is committed to our Chapters and Sections having all of the features any other conference includes: guaranteed panels, business meetings, symposia, special events and more! More details will be available in the coming weeks.

Will there be a code of conduct for the 2022 Annual Conference?
Yes. ASPA's Code of Conduct will be in effect. Click here to see our prior years' Code; an updated version will be posted when we launch registration.
