SCPA was established in April 2006 and consists of scholars and practitioners from the U.S., China and other countries. It is the largest professional and scholarly organization in the field of Chinese public administration and public affairs in the U.S. SCPA collaborates closely with the Chinese Public Administration Society and facilitates cooperation with the schools of public affairs and administration in China and their counterparts in the U.S.
