• You do not need to be a member of ASPA to attend the conference, however you will be charged a non-member rate if you are not a member/if you have let your membership lapse. Click here to renew your membership; click here to reinstate a past membership or join ASPA.
• You cannot register for the conference without logging in. If you need assistance, contact us!

Special registration rates apply for our student and new professional members. Join ASPA as a student ($80 per year) or new professional ($90 per year) and receive a reduced conference attendance rate of $279. Only student/new professional members qualify for the student/new professional registration rate. (Find more information about student membership here!)

Rates are listed below. Identify the rate that works best for your circumstances and register at that rate when you access the registration form.

(Please note that all registration rates expire at midnight eastern time for each date in question. If you live in a different time zone, please accommodate the time change as you prepare to register.)

A note for registrants: Accepted presenters are encouraged to ensure that co-authors are acknowledged during their presentations. Conference materials will list those who are presenting or serving in a moderator or discussant role.

Registrations must be paid for at the time of purchase; invoicing and wire transfers are not available.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing to [email protected]. Requests received by January 23, 2026, will receive a refund minus a $150 administrative fee. Requests received after January 23 will not be considered. No registration transfers to other individuals or future conferences are permitted. Refunds are processed via the method by which the payment was originally received (credit card, check, etc). Should the refund not be able to be processed, it will be incumbent on the registrant to provide an alternative.
