2020 Park University Hauptmann Lecture

ASPA was pleased to produce the 2020 Park University Hauptmann Lecture, which was given by Norma Riccucci, Board of Governors Distinguished Professor, Rutgers University.

This session focused on the importance of diversity in the workplace for the promotion of democratic ideals and values. In the tradition set forth by Dr. Jerzy Hauptmann, Norma Riccucci examined how diversity in government workplaces produces social and economic equity, which are key democratic values for all segments of society. The session is relevant for academics and in particular, practitioners, who are fundamental actors in extending democracy and promoting equity.
