Volunteers are a necessary and valued component for ASPA's Annual Conference success! These contributors help us register attendees, check on panel rooms, set up plenary spaces and much more. If you are a student or a retiree and are interested in attending ASPA at a discounted registration rate—maybe even for free!—read on for more information!

Please note: only members who are students or retired individuals may serve as volunteers.

Volunteer Rules and Requirements

• Volunteers must agree to work a minimum of four consecutive hours on a single day.
• In order to have your registration fee waived, you must work a minimum of 16 hours (the equivalent of four shifts).
• Volunteer opportunities are available during the hours listed below; please review the schedule and make sure you'll be available to work the appropriate and necessary shifts before you agree to serve.
• ASPA relies on its volunteers to complete specific and important conference tasks. We ask that if you sign up for volunteer shifts, make sure you show up for them or alert us that you won't be there so we can plan for additional help. (If you fail to show up for 16 hours of volunteer duty, subsequent registration fees will be applied.)

Saturday, March 10: 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Sunday, March 11: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Monday, March 12: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday, March 13: 7 a.m. - 10:30 a.m
